To address these challenges, a European police force partnered with Autotech Connect to deploy Remote Expert assisted reality headsets, built on RealWear technology. These headsets enabled officers to work completely hands-free while capturing real-time observations using both voice and video. Voice-to-text transcription software automatically converted dictated commentary into digital reports, eliminating long stretches of manual paperwork. Officers could also access operational documents and request guidance via voice commands, all while remaining fully focused on their surroundings.
